The tips of the seedling are like yellow brownish colour and one of the other seedling is almost completely brown struggling to stand straight
Or do you think it could be ph issues ? As I was using normal tap water

What is the PH, soil used, temps, etc

You should NOT be feeding any nutrients at this point.

I'm looking at your earlier posts. It could be from the seed helmet getting stuck on.

I also saw that you were using plastic containers over them as a moisture dome, but without holes. This can lead to rot because humidity can get too high.
