You sharing that recipe? See.. You didnt think I was lurking. I told you I pop up for those recipes lol
LOL, I make mine totally different from the normal beef stew recipes. I sweat down onions and celery first then pull out. Then I sear off the cubed beef in the remaining oil/butter. Once that gets almost done I add in the flour to coat. Add water, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, carrots. Bring up to a boil and add back the onions, celery. Give a taste to see if I need to add more seasonings. As the carrots get about done add in potatoes.
