just one leaf that may have got spalashed,lay on soil and rubbed against pot ?

Noticed upper leaves now have the slightly darker veins, purple stems. This one leaf has gone from green to yellow in 2 days.

No dots, just slight lightening of leaves, not veins though, and purple stems.
