I was told that copper in the soil will help make plants grow big, so figured what the hell, and put some in with the ladies. Can't hurt to try right?
ahem...copper can be toxic.If there's too much - i would watch tha plants and better not let it touch the roots...
just some search, cos i was already just in the mood:
"Too much of a good thing can be deadly as well, especially in hydro. Remember that some fungicides rely on copper as an active ingredient. Symptoms include stunted roots and leaf tip burn. If cannabis leaf tissue analysis results reveal more than 25 ppm of copper, toxicity was almost certainly the issue."
But I don't know for sure what an effect such a copper wire in the soil has. Doing it this way just doesn't feel right to me...I'll be watching your experience.

I know that outdoors a copper ring at the base of the plant will repel slugs.
well..theres some bad experience here, i am really in the mood of doing searches tonight....

it may behave differen in soil, but too near with too much nutes won't do good...and i think putting it in in a better controlled way may be more appropriate.

I’ll be honest, other than a ring for slug repellent, I have never heard of using copper in the pot. Let us know what the research reveals

@Scumbag3488 looking good bro...how old.....and bro I've been told miracle grow is a no no...once they hit flower...the miracle grow is time released and will mess up during flower...just giving a heads up...everyone on here is going to advice against miracle gro...

The girls are doing well. I ended up killing off the DC plants because they weren't growing right, I think when I germed them I screwed up the taproot on them accidentally so now I'm down to just the 2 BPP and they are looking awesome. Gunna start lst on them this week. Stay tuned for more updates
