I find it best when I get crying and things overwhelm me... I just talk to him. Of course this is in private. My wife never had a loss so deep its hard for her to understand how it affects you/me. Talk to him bro. He hears ya. Only way to adjust to it and live with it is to find out what works for you. Closure is for windows and doors... This kinda stuff always stays with you. You have to find a way to live with it and move on WITH the memories and such. Its hard. But its what we gotta do... Don't let it define you. Take it in. Spit out all that holds you back. And move forward. All in due time. Its been since Jan 2013 for me and im still a work in progress. Won't happen overnight... Love ya Krug. Keep moving forward brother.
