Lighting Light and Easy Basic CFL Info

im using 2 30w cfl bulbs. I am getting less heat in my cabinet, and more lumens...

its the daylight bulb....im thinking of getting another 2 bulbs with the red or blue spectrum...hopefully the temp wont b affected (not that I am measuring it, if i open and feel a blast of heat...im fucked)

dude i went to my local poundstore and got a disposable foil tray for roasting turkey...works wonders...top half of cab is dark coz no light is going up there bottom is bright

So what do you guys think about 50w CFls ... Think that would be a good purchase, for 6500k and 2700k? How many should I get, I know it depends on your space but I'm just guesstimating;

May i ask, is it ok to use 2 cfls for 4 plants in 3.5 gallon conteiners during the first 20-30 days and then swap? will it have a negative impact on yield?
