What is the best light cycle for auto WW and why?

I run 18/6. The times I have run 24 on I didn't see enough of a weight difference to justify the additional 49 hrs of energy a week.

Using 18-6 instead of 2-4 reduced leaf problems for me.
I've tried 24-0 and 20-4, and my plants seemed less happy.

Thanks all. Was running 24/0 with a couple photo mangos but now that the autos are in the mix dropping to 18/6. Haven't seen much of an effect on the photos with the change in lighting cycle.
