You could get a 300w-450w cfl bulb for roughly the same price, Amazon and Ebay have some nice branded ones

In the UK I picked up a dual CFL 450watt grow bulb and a generic a wing reflector for under £30 brand new the brand is Lumenlite. I personally always veg under CFL or T5.
