I have to drive about 40mins each way for my dry ice. Look into ice cream supply and camping supply places. There's a lot of ways to make hash, it just depends on what kind of end product you're looking for, how much work and time you want to put into it, and how much $ you want to spend

Some welding supply shops carry dry ice also
