Good morning to who ever is awake at this unsightly hour. 9hrs of smoking done and its at the stall. Patients is the key now.
Man! it smells amazing, my neighbours are in for a watering mouth as they get out of bed.
3 coffee's and 4 doobies in, not bad really thought I would have to mainline the coffee.

Brisket is a rare commodity in the UK, you have to do it yourself. I'm treating my misses best freinds tonight, they have never had it or BBQ like this, ever.
I still haven't met anyone who's into the hobby. Most I talk to in the UK look at me blankly.

Ha! and we can't get any "proper" puddings in the States. I'd love a nice slice of black pudding crisped up with a fresh sunny side up egg

We've got black pudding for breakfast seen as it's Sunday. I'm smoking some traditional English pork sausage to go with it.
I can highly recommend Irish white pudding sausage
