So, debating if I should go to urgent care for my knee or skip it and go straight to the ER. I know UC can only do Xray which may or may not pick anything up. Pretty sure I need an MRI as bone bruises and any potential soft tissue/ligament/etc damage will only show up that way. Worried that things are getting worse instead of better as I'm having cold tingling numbness in my foot now and I'm still is considerable pain when I get up to use the bathroom even though it's only about 20 steps there and back.

I'm also hugely paranoid about blood clots as I had a pulmonary embolism when I was 18 so there's that as well.

Debating doing the same as I screwed my ankle up! Whacked the shit outta my left ankle bone on corner of my bed frame and 5 days later it’s still swollen as fuck!

You can see left foot can’t even see ankle bone or whatever the fuck that bone is on the inside of your ankle! Hit it hard as shit apparently!
