Hubby was having a hard time visualizing what I was trying to explain I wanted to do re the fence/drainage thing so I drew him pictures lol. If anyone handy wants to chime in before I start tomorrow I'm open to suggestions :rofl: He was baffled by my insistence against using concrete to anchor the posts but we are working in heavy clay, in a very consistently damp area, with little to no freezes and a very shallow frost line, so we don't tend to get the same sort of heave other places do and in this situation using concrete to set all but insures your posts will rot.
