I usually like my BBQ without sauce. I'll use BBQ sauce more for cheeseburgers or quesadillas then anything that will come off my actual BBQ Guess I'm more of a BBQ glaze then sauce kinda fella. I'll sauce some chicken or ribs for guests but I usually just go dry rub for the family with sauce in the fridge if anybody feels like it

Yea I don’t do a ton of sauced bbq either….that comment was for who said my chicken needed sauce
