Yup trust me they will have it in your file, like this: "marijuana user" or "meth user" or "patient suffers from alcoholism" . They HAVE to do this cause people try to sue doctors all the time for someone dying or whatever and these notes along with dates really come in handy. I'm not pulling this stuff outta my ass just telling you what I see from my father in law. My wife works for him so hear them all day on the phones and in the office.

I go in telling them what I do and what’s in my system , even when it wasn’t legal. I can now tell them they can’t prescribe anything harder than tylonol or acetaminophen due to opioid /opiate allergy. I tell them I wont take your crap pills that’ll make my anus bleed or give me migraines or loss of bladder/bowel control. Pills are the devil… momma said so! Lol but seriously, I disclose everything in my system. I’ll take antibiotics if prescribed. But screw all that other crap. Don’t need a substance that eliminates something but causes 3-10 other things. And advertising for the same “new” drug 100 times an hour is why all of them are soooo expensive. Ask your doctor if_______is right for you? My doctor would give it if it was right… shouldn’t have to ask. They are professionals And all I got is webMD… which states I should already be dead and in the ground!
By vertical wood holder u mean them plant stakes or that huge wall in the middle of yard behind them? If I remember last years make sure u leave room for the ladder for upper plant maintenance!Happy Farming
