I made a cold plate out of a 9 inch cake pan with a 10# bar bell weight wedged in. I can work on it for about 30 minutes, enough to pick up 4g of MSG.
Sautéed Tilapia with Chive-Lemon Miso Butter from America's Test Kitchen Fresh New Yukon Gold Potatoes from the garden and Swiss Chard.
I highly recommend the fish recipe, even Ms. MOG liked it.
