I don’t think I really make the decision in the end. I want to keep it as a true garden, but adding a social aspect isn’t completely off the table.
For now, it will just be a place to grow some meds and some simple veggies and fruits. Next season we will get more serious, as we are also adding raised bed gardens as well this fall.
 
We had a contractor give us a quote a couple years ago to build pretty much the same greenhouse. $22k :yoinks: that was also right when covid started and wood prices were through the roof
Well, if I’m honest, I would charge someone around 12-15,000 on something like this. You are paying for the time and expertise. For a true professional that does this regularly, they must make a killing nowadays. Might need to change my career 😝😂😂
