Morning everyone! I thought I had slept in terribly late but it was only 9. Hah!
Hey @InkAddict$ and @Mrs.InkAddict : Get a fire extinguisher. Stick it in a cabinet in the kitchen. That's the sort of emergency that can pop up in a new place.
Also it's not great but you should pick up a can of the Starbucks instant coffee for emergencies. If you can't be arsed to drive, the coffee maker is out, or you're out of regular coffee, but if the stove works you can heat water and stir in a spoon of this to survive.
