Photone is supposed to be semi-reliable for what it is (another app I see suggested a lot for those without a PAR meter.)

I have the original beta release for Android on a retired Moto G 6. If you calibrate it correctly to a well documented lamp (ChilLed Growcraft) it is quite accurate. It was not easy to get it calibrated but now it is very close to the PAR Maps from ChilLed.
