Yeah i can understand that but it doesn’t matter if I have 2 hrs or 20hrs of sleep I am still exhausted and can go right back to sleep

I sleep good when I fall asleep...it's the issue of getting me in bed...I'll keep going...

It was a cheap brand off Amazon some Chinese shit...now I got good ones...ac infinity makes the best by far...

I am pretty impressed with the new vivosun fan looks just like the AC fans.. plus it has a surge mode where it cycles between high and low speeds not a constant wind speed

Very well could I have also thought about it being dabs I’ve read where smoking before bed doesn’t allow you to get into a rem sleep cycle
