It becomes an issue when someone signs up as a tester, then breeds with those seeds and tries to sell them….or even really blabs about it online. If you’re chucking pollen for your own use…to just grow and smoke etc….it’s not an issue until you make it one.

I avoided them when joining the scrum was the only way to buy. There is lots available on the Canadian store now, including as I recall HBSS.
