I’ve never had stones….and am of the opinion they come from a combination of dehydration like you say, oxalate rich foods, and mag deficiency…..for the most part.

Being a desert rat…and having all of the desert survival training, I’m very conscious of water intake. ..

I used to get kidney stones in my early 20s. Turns out it was from drinking too much milk Used to drink like a quart of milk a day easy...
