I build my tacos with the cheese first in the hot shell just fried then the hot meat, this way the cheese gets melty. Next is the cilantro and Salsa Green on one Red on the other, then the avocado followed by the tomato then lettuce. This way the lettuce can sorta keep your hand clean and hold everything in when grasped from the top. At least that is the planLmao i see it now…..2 tacos loaded with greenage! At first i thought it was 1 giant salad with a single empty tortilla folded in half and stuck in the middle!
Juice often still runs down my hand then arm.........

I didn't prep near enough coco since autoseeds will be showing up Friday 
I am going to put them in with the meph girls.. More then likely going to cull one of them and run (6) 2 gallon pots in the 4x4 3 of which will be autoseeds and 3 mephisto.. So I better get busy and do it all over again
