I visited the Seneca Reservation a couple of weeks ago, where there are dozens of unlicensed dispos. Oz's there are mostly $80-$120, but one lady has a weekly $65 strain, and another was running a special for $35 oz. One dispo we visited had a table with free bong hits of various strains. It's a nice 40-minute ride to the country, although I have so much rosin now, and stash waiting to press, and a skunky harvest coming up (Meph Sundae Thumper), I certainly don't need the dispo weed. Even with $35/oz weed, it must be a lot of time/expense/work to convert it into diamonds. Maybe they use expired or moldy bud that's not good for anything else.
