Make an upper story thats just the grow space! Being up top u could use traditional greenhouse panels for the roof so they grew under sunlight for free! Maybe supplemental LED just in case!
I got my wish.....fish tacos with garlic scapes, green onion, bell pepper , purple cabbage, and baja sauce...........heaven

Thanks for the rep @DCLXVI! I'm gonna have to deep clean everything cause there's an ungodly amount of sawdust all through the house, I'll be blowing it out of my nose for weeks

Not exactly climate control but my wife's got a she-shed with automated ventilation and a clear roof that's attached to a detached garage
