Hey, question, can I keep an innoculated mushroom grain bag just in my basement until it's ready to fruit, or do I need to keep it in a sterile place until it's ready?

Yes, basement is fine. It will need some air exchange, so don't put it in an airtight container. Light is fine, but no direct sunlight if your basement has any windows. Also avoid super dusty areas
