I've never tried it, I don't feel the plant has enough time to recover from it.

Trimming is just saying "go spend your energy on something else"

high stress training with pinching and bending branches could possibly send an auto into early flower.

So are you not actually crushing and bending over the stem when super cropping
Lmao i noticed just now when i took that pic mine actually healed with a small hole straight thru the stem! I could look thru main stem and see silver from the tent wall! May bust scope out later and snag a pic! :shrug:
