Got an appointment with an ophthalmologist today.


You can get it tested but a house that old probably has lead paint and you want to get rid of it or seal it up. Chipping off like that can be dangerous for you and Duder! Look it up!

I doubt wood under that near the floor would be worth trying to expose, just way to much chance for staining.


If you can get Sothern AG Garden Friendly Fungicide it has a similar but stronger version of the microbes than Botanicare HydroGuard. I have never used it myself in my hydro but have used it outdoors. Others here have used it.

Hope the ophthalmologist appointment brought something to light. (Sorry couldn't resist the dad joke) But really.

Recently many miccrobial products aren't getting across the border. Several brands are jumping hoops or reformulating. I can sort of understand the gov's reasoning but unfortunately it means that many tried and true products are no longer or not yet available.

LOL growing weed legally might still need a black market. JK

Anyway, I am managing to piece things together with what I can find locally. The Miicrobial Mass covers the beneficial bacteria.
And I have had zero algae since top dressing with Mykos. The HOCL is now for cleaning, clearing, and flushing.
