Yeah it happens here and there just kinda depends where you live but never for this long. Maybe once a year but 4 or 5 hours max. Usually due to maintenance, this time they said a circuit needed to be changed cause something about a line running through a high risk fire hazard area or something like that. Can't remember the exact wording but yeah 11 hours was rough.That a normal thing there? Power company here has never cut the power off on purpose in my entire life
