It’s going pretty good, gained some muscles and lost some fat. I’m eating protein-rich food with supplements and avoiding the fat products.
Don’t you have a fitness-center in your area? Some folks like to fitness in groups watching the instructor(s) and fallow their commands and they seems to be very happy doing so.
I mean, I can’t make you lean on distance, you have to work for it - one step á time. But what do I know, maybe you are in perfect shape
