My very wonderful wife made pulled chicken breast in the crock pot for dinner. I made open face pulled chicken sandwiches, one with mustard bbq sauce and one with dr. pepper bbq sauce. That and some steamed broccoli.

I think I bit off more than I can chew, lol, I only ate about half before I put it in the fridge. I'm sure I'll get hungry later.

I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago. And it is still killing me. My ankle is so tight. Tendons are tight. Its making my hamstring tight, all the way up into my butt cheek.

I just want my foot to relax. It hurts so so bad.
