I'm on a conference call with some guys from France trying to help fix an IT issue.

I can't understand them, and they can't understand me.

This is a clusterfuck.

Been there, in another era. Condolences mate.

My brother worked in IT for a while, some of his stories were hilarious. The level of dumbness that he had to deal with at times was stunning. First question was usually, did you plug it in? Next question, are you sure, perhaps you could check for me. And it would go on from there, usually downhill. He can be a patient fellow, up to a point.

A 5 gallon bucket would do that. Everyone has at least one right, 1 gallon of mix, dump 1 gallon of plain.

Ya but i am too f-ing lazy to have to be washing a 5gal bucket once a week!

Plus my water hose out front sprung a leak and needs replacing but i got other things i could spend $60+ on at the moment!
