It is a Raptor in the Accipter group, an adult Sharp shinned or adult Cooper Hawk. Both appear exactly the same except size, the Sharp Shinned has a smaller frame and a square edged tail. While the Cooper Hawk is larger and has a rounded tail. In Europe the Sharp Shinned Hawk is called a Sparrow Hawk.:pass:
