My doc put me on trelogy for short breathe last year, did the trick so far.

That's what I'm trying to get my buddy to get the VA to give him.

That's 1 of the reasons why I'm growing Dutch Passions CBG ForCE in this next run here starting this week. I grew their auto version last run and in addition to the overall well being feeling, I distinctly felt a loosening in the tightening of my bronchial tubes. It was definitely a noticeable effect . I have no idea if it was just through reduced anxiety or an actual direct effect on the bronchial tubes.
Now I'm going to make a tincture out of it, since vaping or smoking would be probably pretty much out of the question when it would be needed. I think it should be absorbed fairly readily and should act quite quickly.
