Leftover idea: on sour dough, layer smoked Gouda slices, birria meat, grilled onions and peppers, more Gouda….toast on your flat top like a grilled cheese….. use birria liquid and dip like a french dip….…. Boom!

That sounds bangin :eyebrows: My 1st thought for the leftover meat was burger topping :crying:

I threw the onions and garlic in the blender with a can of chipotles in adobo. So that's why it looks more like a sauce:pass:
