Nah it was spur of the moment and all I had to work with was frozen chicken patties chopped up. It's best with good homemade tenders chopped up tossed in wing sauce with blue cheese for a base sauce

I may need to get me a big ass deep fryer for the house cuz my moms friend thats been staying here is now a manager at chicken express so she can get boxes of chicken breasts or chicken tenders thru the store at wholesale prices! Think she said its $70 for a 40lb box of chicken breasts! Not sure about the tendies!
