I made some mega strong ones last night! Had 80% of my last giant brownie left and let mom give half that serving to her friend who then ate only half of it and said she was straight fucked up and woulda been in trouble if her hubby wasn’t off today! I know its not totally accurate but according to my tcheck the pan of brownies i cut into 4 servings were approximately 650mg each!

Saw these blooming at my front entrance gate and thought of you.
I remember when I had an entire pasture completely packed with tiny purple flowers from the blooming hairy vetch.
You know looking back, I find it a bit comical Of me being surprised by the subsequent years and the large influx of hairy vetch within like a 10 mile radius of my farm. That whole front pasture of over 40 acres was full of
hairy vetch. Every one of those little flowers produced a seed pod with multiple seeds. That's quite a large amount of seeds! The birds definitely love the seeds because the subsequent years they first showed up along the fence lines.
When I changed my time of harvesting the cover crop, people came to me and asked me where the purple flowers were. The first year I let the crop go because I wanted the seeds for volunteers. The shredding of the material took quite a long while to do. It was slow going even with a borrowed much bigger tractor and shredder. Next year I tried to get it cut with a guy that bailed my hay. He got it done, but it was slow going and he said it was a little rough on his equipment. So I just started shredding it earlier with less bulk on the surface.
It was a pretty sight and something quite unusual.

Lmao judging by size of the serving she couldn’t have ate more then 3-4 bites max and that was enough to have her totally ripped!
