So if im seeing it right, something didn't go right, it looks like half of what should have been pulled is still inside. Unfortunately i think you're going to have to chip that out and replace it bud

Sometimes you can cut an access in the wall behind it to avoid messing with the tile (unless it's a brick shithouse).

I’m no expert but u would think they woulda came up with a better way to secure it vs cement or whatever that is if they could easily access it from behind!
