Just finished making a batch of chewy salted caramels. Each heart is approximately 70mg. I gets thick quickly after removing from heat so I just lay out a nice slab at the end and nibble on it for a couple days.

Oh boy the gas company called they want to replace our meter. Which is great fine except that it is in the basement. Not really sure what to do guess just shut the lights off on that half and hope for the best. Really don’t see me tearing everything down for one day

Nope, throw a tarp up…. It is none of their concern!

I always share with my friends! I will share my recipe with you if you're interested. But it does suck up the dabs. I add 6 grams to a batch.
