Poor Butters!
On my excursion to the VA hospital a couple of weeks ago, I got to talk with the hospital VA chief of police.
I was discussing with him the young man that his men had been harassing in the parking lot building.
When I told him about one of his officers having his hand on his gun, actually grasping the grip, I told him if I had seen that I would have pulled A 'Butters' on that officer.

His facial expressions ran the gamut in a minute. First he giggled It was amused , then he looked confused and then after I told him what I meant, it was frown city!
It kind of went downhill from that point.
