Water comes up from almost every side of the house in the basement, so would be a drain around the perimeter that dumps into a sump pump and kicks it out. Would be maybe 150ft of drain for the perimeter

Ok, drain tile and honestly ALOT. Buuut if you got people that could help you dig for cheap not that bad.

I definitely don't have a basement drain guy Yet... I was thinking more like 5-10k
I think minimum wage around here is $15/hr. But nothing is cheap in NJ
