I used old soil for moms cucumbers and they were needing watered daily so picked one up after she watered and it was mad light! Ordered yucca and after first watering could tell the pots were back to holding water cuz were heavy af! And u can def see the water absorb quicker if yucca is added!

You can definitely tell a difference when using it seems to saturate the soil and not bead off nearly as bad
