Discuss it with your OB and see what he/she thinks. I personally wouldn't recommend it during pregnancy.

But in your case InkAddict$, I highly recommend them. I'm wired very high strung, and they work for me.

Thanks for this , I’m going to wait until after the baby comes but I’m going to buy some for the hubby and see if it helps him. He is always on the go 100 mph with his add & adhd and anxiety so fingers crossed this brings him down some
