I remember being hyped due to commercials and made my mom watch the first episode of Mork and Mindy with me. I loved it and she said it was stupid and wouldn’t last 3 episodes

Used to watch a lot of mork and Mindy and perfect strangers reruns when I was a kid. Loved those shows

Funny to think how a character like Balki was like the number one tv personality hahaha

Along those lines, over the years I’ve played various songs for my kids that were number one hits when I was growing up. Should’ve seen the looks when I played Muskrat Love by Captain and Tennille. They had to google to believe that song was even on the radio let alone number one in the country
