More blue = more stretch….me thinks!
Pretty sure more blue=shorter plant. According to Bugby blue during flower=more frost. My light has shit for blue in it. I'll be experimenting with an Agromax blue veg light after stretch

So i know its blue for veg red for stretch but not sure about the rest! Maybe it’s excessive red in veg that makes em taller but i forgot more then i ever learned about growing so not the best source of info!
@Mañ'O'Green is the one with the right answers but he may be like 73 pages behind by now! He needs to use the ol 1…2…skip a few method of catching up!

Just put in a uva light for this run. Looks blue/purple to my eyes. 9 out of 9 plants foxtailing

I'm stoned but that sounds like it will keep them short if they already are at 200 but I don't know spectrum plays a big part.. I also think watering habits play a part too
Journal=slacking.
Usually blast them right out of the gate. 300-400 to start and at 800 by day 10-12. In coco autos are usually 2.5' to 3'. Switching to soil may have some effect and as you said watering. Lots of variables. I got a T5 so maybe try that in some plugs next time and transplant like MOG
