We're heading to urgent care here in a bit I think, his back is really hurting and none of the stuff they gave him is touching the pain. I put a lidocaine patch on the spot like 2ish hours ago and noticed a super faint bruise but a big ass lump. Dunno if it's a broken rib or soft tissue damage but with as hard as the impact was I think we definitely need to get x-rays on record. No rest for the weary I suppose.
