Yes but it isn't guaranteed to reproduce the original. Also every time you reverse you can expect to lose vigor.

That said, you can probably expect good seeds in the F1 generation, maybe most of them, depending on what you reversed. I reversed a Mephisto Double Grape and from what I can tell the offspring are identical and they seem just as vigorous as the ones in the pack.

i just wanna makes some seeds of some harder to get strains. Dont need alot. Then after I might do some crosses. I just dont wanna use 2 seeds if I dont have too.

Just reverse the one plant and hit the branches 50/50 since you shouldn't smoke the plant. You'll have a boat load of seeds!
