I'm actually not familiar with the term Honey Oil, maybe they called it something else in my area? Hash Oil?

Butane hash oil. Used to run a can of butane through a coupling full of weed and let it evaporate in a cup. Then roll cigarette in it. That kind of stuff would be pretty much criminal these days
