We get these big Herons.....we were driving out one night and there were about 14 just silently standing in the top field......it looked like something out of Harry Potter.......I felt spooked all night......

I would love that silence...ours fly over honking about 9 in the morning..

Last of the Pomegranates due down......

That would be the first pomegranate tree I have seen. Considering how dry that looks, that tree must have roots half way through the earth's crust.

Is there anything other than polar bears that does not grow where you live?
