Found this son of a bitch hiding in a pepper plant earlier! I waited til I saw it start crawling around so I knew it was alive and got a can of hot shot and blasted it once it climbed onto the plant stake!

Hard to see cuz it moves so fast and then pic was kinda blurry once it landed! Not sure if this is some dwarf dragonfly that’s hyper aggressive or if it’s a parasitic wasp looking for food! Saw couple buzzing around the sweet pepper plant that got aphids but once o sprayed captain jacks they now seem to move around the garden!
