I hate cooking for one. It feels hard to get elaborate for just one.


I need some input on getting an air fryer. Maybe that will help in doing some different things.
Try to keep it around $200
My 8 qt air fryer is a beast and it was like 95 brand new off amazon

Can't help too much on the air frier, but it turns out that a higher end model of the Insta Pot I love does air frying as well as pressure cook, sous vide, yogurt making etc. etc. Kinda a slow cooker/pressure cooker on steroids with digital temperature and time control. Remarkable tool, and very well made.

They have several models, including a couple that say that they air fry. I have no idea about the air fry thing, because I have a lesser model, but if my experience with the model I have is an indication, you might want to have a look.
